Who we are?

The Bond Hotel is locally owned and operated.  We offer affordable temporary accommodations for those moving or working in Boise. Originally built as apartments the owner decided to furnish each room and fill a niche for short term housing.  We offer one bedroom and studio furnished apartments that can accommodate two to three people max.

What if we’re not happy?

If you arrive to the hotel and don’t like your room or the facility please let us know.  We can either find you another room or we’ll refund you for the nights you haven’t stayed.  We want you to be happy.

What’s included in the room/rate?

Weekly housekeeping, all utilities, linens, towels, stocked kitchen (without food), coffee maker, blow dryer, full size fridge, full size range, and a dishwasher!!   We have lots of other freebies- free use of bikes, coolers, fishing poles. We want you to experience Boise.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, we accept dogs and cats under 25 pounds that are considered non-aggressive breeds. Pet fee is $100 per month per pet, maximum of two pets. We do make exceptions for companion animals however all companion animals are required to provide original certified companion letter upon check-in.

Linen and cleaning policy

For our nightly guests Every blanket, comforter, pillow, pillowcases towels bathmat gets washed prior to checking in. For our monthly guests. All linens and towels are washed once a week by housekeeping.

The Carpets are cleaned on a regular basis, and replaced every few years.   We use all natural cleaning products so your room doesn’t smell like chemicals upon check in.  If your unhappy with the smell of your room or our cleaning products please let us know immediately.

Pet allergies

We are pet friendly hotel so if you have pet allergies please tell us. We have a few rooms that have not had any pets in them. Our rooms are very well-maintained and we do not tolerate pet damage.

What are your hours?

Office Hours are Monday 8am to 4pm, Tuesday through Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 12pm to 8pm. After hours we have a night manager that can be reached by calling 208-322-4407.

Do you offer refunds?

For our extended stay customers if you need to leave earlier than your planned departure date we’re happy to issue you a refund based on your length of stay.  The rates changes based on length of stay so keep in mind that a stay of two weeks is equivalent to paying for one month.

Do you allow smoking in the rooms?

Absolutely not, all rooms are nonsmoking.  We want everyone to enjoy a clean air experience.  We have a designated smoking area for smoking guests.  If you smoke in a room there will be a $250 fee plus you’ll be asked to leave.  Smoking causes damage to our walls, furniture, and carpet and is very expensive and time consuming to remove.

Laundry

We have a coin operated laundry facility on site at a reasonable cost.

Location

We are in a quiet residential community in the Boise Bench Area.  Were a block from Fairview Avenue which provides close proximity to everything from groceries to Starbucks.  You can easily walk to a grocery store and a bakery a few blocks from us.

Security

The property is in a safe and secure location with a well lit parking lot.  We do have a surveillance system but nothing is one hundred percent secure.  We always suggest locking up your vehicle and your room to help us discourage theft.

Parking

Parking is readily available in our parking lot as well as the street- whichever you prefer.  If you have an RV or Semi-truck we can typically accommodate you but please call ahead.

Typical Customers

Our typical guest are retirees, folks moving to Boise, summer travelers, and traveling professionals.

Wifi

Wifi is provided free of charge.  A few years back we upgraded to fiber optics and our speeds hover around 150mbs.  Bring your roku and stream your favorite shows on Netflix.

Mail

You have your own private mail box- if the post man doesn’t recognize a name he’ll deliver the mail to our office.

Payment Arrangements

Nightly Guests are required to pay for their entire stay upfront.  Extended stay customers are required to pay for their first month upfront and after that can make payment arrangements with the office.

Access

All studio units are located on the ground level while all one bedroom lofts are located on the second level with no elevator access.

Building

Our building was built in the early 1980’s but as you can see from the photos and reviews the property is very well taken care of.  Almost all the furnishings and décor have been replaced in the last two years since the new owner acquired the property.
