1. Who we are?

The Bond Hotel is locally owned and operated. We offer affordable temporary accommodations for those moving or working in Boise. Originally built as apartments the owner decided to furnish each room and fill a niche for short term housing. We offer one bedroom and studio furnished apartments that can accommodate two to three people max.

2. What’s included in the room/rate?

Weekly housekeeping, all utilities, linens, towels, stocked kitchen (without food), coffee maker, blow dryer, full size fridge, full size range, and a dishwasher!! .

3. What’s not included?

Free Breakfast, swimming pool, and fitness center. We don’t have the facilities to provide these services and instead offer you the best rate in town for a furnished apartment. Within walking distance you can visit Great Harvest Bakery and within one mile is Axiom Fitness- higher end fitness and aquatic center.

4. Do you accept pets?

Yes, we accept dogs and cats under 25 pounds that are considered non-aggressive breeds. Pet fee is $100 per month per pet, maximum of two pets. We do make exceptions for service animals, please call for details.

5. What are your rates?

Please see rate card. You can see depending on your length of stay your rate varies. We are flexible and easy to work if your check in/out date changes. Think our rates are too high or too low? Check around- our competition is Extended Stay America, Candlewood Suites, Marriott Suites, and Paragon Corporate Housing. We routinely hear that we’re more affordable then our competition.

6. What are your hours?

Office Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm, after hours we have a night manager that you can reach or make arrangements with.

7. Do you offer refunds?

We don’t offer refunds for our nightly customers. If you need to reschedule we’re happy to help you but we have a no-refund policy for nightly guests. For our extended stay customers if you need to leave earlier than your planned departure date we’re happy to issue you a refund based on your length of stay.

8. Do you allow smoking in the rooms?

Absolutely not, all rooms are nonsmoking. We want everyone to enjoy a clean air experience. We have a designated smoking area for smoking guests. If you smoke in a room there will be a $250 fee plus you’ll be asked to leave. Smoking causes damage to our walls, furniture, and carpet and is very expensive and time consuming to remove.

Our typical guest are retirees moving to Boise, summer travelers, and traveling professionals.

Payment Arrangements

Nightly Guests are required to pay for their entire stay upfront. Extended stay customers are required to pay for their first month upfront and after that can make payment arrangements with the office.

Access

All studio units are located on the ground level while all one bedroom lofts are located on the second level with no elevator access.

Building

Our building was built in the early 1980’s but as you can see from the photos and reviews the property is very well taken care of. Almost all the furnishings and décor have been replaced in the last two years since the new owner acquired the property.
